What is a Remedium Onboarding Executive (OBE)?
Once you have secured your job within the NHS you will start your relocation to the UK. To help you throughout your journey you will be allocated your own personal onboarding executive. Their job is to hold your hand at every step of the way, making your move to the UK as easy as possible for both you and your family.

Your onboarding executive will be there to support you 24/7 with practical, emotional, and cultural matters, as and when you need it. Whether that’s to support you during the interview process, accommodation, flights, visa applications, COS, and much more. They will be there for you throughout the entire process from start to finish and beyond.
Your assigned friendly, dedicated, expert onboarding executive will be like a supportive friend who you can lean on. They will also introduce you to new people in your area, tell you about networking events and help you feel settled once you arrive in the UK.

When my Onboarding Executive isn’t available who can I turn to?
Your OBE will be available to you 24/7. If you are not able to get hold of your OBE for any reason you will also have access to our Red Carpet service. The Red Carpet Platform is our award-winning digital relocation software, which will relieve the administrative burden, by helping you with securing flights, accommodation, setting up a bank account, and much, much more.
Do they help me even once I start my new job?
We love to see our clinicians grow and develop in their new careers. Therefore, we will follow up with you periodically to see how you’re getting on. As a member of our exclusive set of top NHS doctors, you will also be invited to attend our regular networking events where you can meet and mingle with other successful doctors who live and work close by.
