Remedium Referral Scheme
Our referral scheme applies to every doctor who refers a candidate suitable for our vacancies. Connect with us today if you know someone in your network who would be a good fit for the NHS.
- There is no cap on the number of referrals a single doctor provides.
- Only the first referrer will be considered if two or more doctors refer the same candidate.
- Referrers are still eligible for rewards even if a doctor is hired for a different position.
Referral Probation Period
Once the doctor you’ve referred completes their probation period, you will receive a generous referral bonus as a token of our gratitude. We have put together the below monetary structure to reward our referrers:
- Referral of SHO – £250/€250 for Ireland
- Referral of MG/Registrar – £500/€500 for Ireland
- Referral of UK experienced MG or Irish Registrar – £750.00/€750 for Ireland
- Referral of Consultant – £1,000/€1,000 for Ireland.
As a part of our process, you will need to submit proof of referral and an invoice (examples include and are not limited to an email or screenshot from WhatsApp). Your referral fee will be paid once the referred clinician has completed their probation period.
