Welcoming a Recruitment Industry Leader to Remedium
Seb has nearly 10 years of experience in recruitment, eight years of which have been in medical recruitment. He began his career in 2013 when he was working with locums before moving to permanent and fixed-term medical recruitment in 2018. As a recruitment industry leader, he recognised that in order to solve the UK healthcare staffing crisis, NHS clients must move from away from excessive locum use and towards a more permanent model.

The role of Divisional Manager at Remedium
Seb will be working as Divisional Manager for the specialty areas of Radiology, Women’s and Children, and Psychiatry. As well as leading and managing these specialty teams, he will be working with doctors from around the world to help them find their dream roles in the NHS. By focusing on permanent and fixed-term hires, he will support NHS trusts to solve the NHS staffing crisis.
As a recruitment industry leader, Seb says that he is looking forward to getting to know everyone at Remedium and immersing himself in the company culture, as well as working with the team to provide increased support to the NHS in our dedicated specialty areas. From an individual standpoint, he is also looking forward to furthering his own learning and development within the medical recruitment industry through the great work that Remedium carries out each day.
