Our proposition involves combining digital power with the human touch. This hybrid model ensures that all healthcare professionals are fully supported throughout their entire transition both before and when they arrive in the UK.

Red Carpet by Remedium is a digital relocation platform which provides healthcare professionals with bespoke on-boarding guidance as well as personalised time bound actions in order to reduce the time to hire. For example, candidates can directly upload pre-employment documents to the platform, which are then received by the trust on their interface, apply for their COS, their VISA, book flights, find/secure temporary and permanent accommodation as well as open a bank account.

In addition to the above, all healthcare professionals will be assigned their very own Remedium on-boarding executive who will act as a safety net to ensure all actions on Red Carpet get completed on time. Case Study: Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust

In January 2021, Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust was challenged with recruiting overseas trained nurses. However, the trust soon came to realise that they did not have the capacity to provide them with the premium onboarding support which they required and deserved.
