We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Clinical Neurophysiology Consultant to join a leading multidisciplinary team in the East Midlands. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing expert care to a diverse caseload of patients.

Key responsibilities:
  • Conducting and interpreting EMG conduction studies to assess neuromuscular function.
  • Providing accurate and timely reporting of Adult and Paediatric EEG results.
  • Performing Single Fibre EMG studies to evaluate neuromuscular junction disorders.
  • Expertise in conducting and interpreting Complex Paediatric EMG studies.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
  • Participating in clinical audits, research projects, and teaching activities to contribute to the advancement of clinical neurophysiology.

Requirements: 
  • GMC registration and eligibility for inclusion on the Specialist Register for Clinical Neurophysiology.
  • Extensive experience in performing and interpreting EMG conduction studies, EEG reporting (both Adult and Paediatric), Single Fibre EMG, and Complex Paediatric EMG.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and service excellence.
