Business as usual for key workers
You can still travel to the UK if you are on the red list as you have a work visa.
However, before you travel, you must:
- Get a negative COVID-19 test result within the 3 days before you travel to the UK. For example, if you travel on a Friday, you must take the test on the Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
- Book a managed quarantine facility where you will quarantine for 10 days. Your quarantine package will include your managed quarantine facility, quarantine transport and your travel test package with COVID-19 tests for day 2 and day 8 of quarantine. You can only book your managed quarantine facility within a 14-day window before arrival.
- Complete a passenger locator form (PLF) with details of where you will quarantine when you arrive. You must provide a quarantine package invoice number to complete your PLF.
