We are seeking a dedicated General Medicine Middle Grade Doctor to join our partner NHS Trust. Responsibilities
- Provide expert care in general medicine, with opportunities to work across specialties such as Cardiology, Respiratory, Gastroenterology, Elderly Care, and Acute Medicine.
- Benefit from a designated clinical supervisor and access to trained mentors throughout your appointment.
- Participate in regular timetabled teaching sessions and contribute to a service-based learning model. Engage with a vibrant Postgraduate Medical Education Centre, which supports multi-professional training.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care.
- Take advantage of flexible working patterns, tailored training, and professional development opportunities.
- Full General Medical Council (GMC) Registration and License to Practice.
- MRCP (Membership of the Royal Colleges of Physicians).
- Minimum of four years full-time postgraduate training, including at least two years in a relevant specialty (e.g., Emergency Medicine, Acute Medicine).
- Proficiency in English, evidenced by:
- OET: Minimum Level B in Reading, Speaking, Listening & Writing
- IELTS Academic: Minimum Level 7 in all modules i.e. Reading, Speaking, Listening & Writing and Overall 7.5.
- Strong clinical background in General Medicine and relevant specialties.
- Demonstrable leadership, teamwork, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication, both written and oral.
- Experience working at a middle-grade level in General Medicine.
