An excellent opportunity is available for a Paediatric SHO to join a high-demand private paediatric service in Australia. This role is ideally suited to UK-trained doctors seeking paediatric exposure in a supportive private practice environment, with strong patient flow and flexible working arrangements.

Located in a desirable coastal lifestyle area approximately one hour from Sydney, the position offers a structured earning model, supportive leadership, and exposure to a broad range of paediatric presentations.

Main Duties of the Job

• Provide SHO-level paediatric care within a private practice setting under appropriate supervision
• Assess and manage a broad range of general paediatric presentations supported by an established patient base
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centred clinical care in response to significant paediatric demand
• Work collaboratively within a supportive, director-led practice environment
• Participate in flexible service delivery aligned with service needs and clinical development goals
• Contribute to the ongoing development and growth of paediatric services within the practice

Role Requirements

• SHO-level doctor with paediatric experience
• FRACP or UK CCT equivalent pathway context noted within the service structure
• Eligibility for the Expedited Specialist Pathway for UK-trained paediatricians (where relevant to future progression)
• Ability to work within a private practice model with strong paediatric demand
