Main Duties of the Job

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including assessment, diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Deliver preventative care, health promotion and routine GP consultations.
• Maintain continuity of care for an established and growing patient list.
• Work collaboratively with practice staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Participate in clinical documentation and administrative responsibilities associated with the GP practice

Working Pattern

• Full-time: Monday–Friday
• Clinic hours: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm and 1:30 pm – 5:00 pm

Requirements

• MRCGP or CCT (UK or Ireland)
• Minimum 1 year NHS experience
