- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided, adhering to organizational protocols and standards.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care.
- Relevant experience in a similar healthcare or community-based role.
- Understanding of the implications for, and responsibilities of the post for Risk Management and Safeguarding.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of others.
