Remedium Partners Limited, is part of the M3 Group of Companies (referred to as “Remedium”, “The Company”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this privacy policy). This privacy policy describes how we process personal data through your use of our site www.remediumpartners.com or Services provided by Remedium Partners including any information you may provide through our site, when you purchase a product or service, sign up to our newsletter, register for job opportunities or take part in a prize draw or competition, and information that we may obtain about you from other sources. The statement below describes what data we will obtain, how the data is used and how the data is protected.

- WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
We may process certain types of personal data about you as follows:

- Contact Data may include your billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone numbers.

- Candidate Data may include passport info, Visa info, photos, evidence of accreditation, national insurance numbers, nationality, ethnicity.
- Usage Data may include information about how you use our website, products and services.
- Marketing and Communications Data may include your preferences in receiving marketing communications from us and our third parties and your communication preferences.
Sensitive Data
Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data. Where required to provide you with a Service, we will collect sensitive data only with your explicit consent.
We do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

Change of purpose

- DISCLOSURES OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We may have to share your personal data with the parties set out below for the purposes set out in the table in paragraph 4 above:
- Affiliates of Remedium to whom it is reasonably necessary or desirable for us to disclose the personal data. Remedium is a member of the M3 Group, and we may disclose your personal data to any member of our group of companies (this means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and all its subsidiaries) insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this policy.
- Service providers that Remedium has retained to perform services on its behalf, such as, but not limited to, IT service providers. Service providers are not permitted to use the personal data for their own purposes and are prohibited from onward transfer of the personal data without our written consent in each instance
- Third parties to whom we sell, transfer, or merge parts of our business or our assets.
- Law enforcement and other government authorities if required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, and safety of others or ourselves. We may disclose your personal data to our insurers and/or professional advisers insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes of obtaining and maintaining insurance coverage, managing risks, obtaining professional advice and managing legal disputes.
- Financial transactions relating to our website and services may be handled by our payment service providers. We will share transaction data with these service providers only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing your payments, refunding such payments and dealing with complaints or queries.
- With your consent, we may disclose your data to one or more selected third-party organisations including our Clients or Partners for the purposes of the third-party organisations offering relevant products and/or services to you.
- INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
We host data in the UK, EU and India and work with Clients worldwide.
Should there be a requirement to transfer UK or EEA personal data to a country outside of the UK or EEA for any purpose listed in section 5, we will do so only with an appropriate safeguard in place, namely either an adequacy decision provided by the UK or EU or Standard Contractual Clauses. - DATA SECURITY
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know such data. They will only process your personal data on our instructions, and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
- DATA RETENTION
We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.
By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes.

In some circumstances we may anonymise your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
